Myti is a Vermont-based social impact company dedicated to empowering independent retailers and revitalizing local economies. With a focus on combating the economic challenges posed by large e-commerce platforms, Myti strives to keep money circulating within local communities.

First impressions are everything. That’s why an easy-to-use, ecommerce-forward website was the top priority for this redesign project.
With this philosophy in mind, Bootstrap embarked on a comprehensive redesign of Myti’s website. By leveraging Figma, Bootstrap revamped the interface to elevate the overall user experience. The results were notable:
Myti and the Bootstrap team, not only improved site search functionality to enhance navigation, but also added merchandising elements such as curated collections and improved navigation to engage users more effectively.
Using Hubspot, we created a comprehensive email marketing plan and infrastructure for customer communication. This included both “ad hoc” email campaigns and automated email series, such as a Welcome Series, to enhance customer engagement. After improving the website, our next goal was to revive their Email channel and create some efficient email automations to scale their business. We made some solid improvements, see the data below.

By leveraging Hubspot’s powerful tools, we established a consistent communication strategy that not only drove immediate results but also set the foundation for sustained growth.
With Myti, part of the strategy was to reignite customer communication at scale. We knew the Myti team did not have a huge team, so we created an Automated Welcome Series using Hubspot’s workflow tools. Here, we are seeing Open Rates of 29% and strong Click Through Rates up to 9.77%.
