Soul Stirring worked closely with us to design the signature 10-week Soul Stirring Program, laying the foundation for the company’s transformative approach to personal growth. We also guided them in developing the “Soul Bite” series, 2-week courses that offer a flexible yet impactful path to self-discovery.
Throughout our partnership, we have provided a full suite of services to bring Soul Stirring’s vision to life. From crafting a cohesive brand identity and launching a visually engaging website to developing comprehensive course materials and managing social media, BootstrapVT has empowered Soul Stirring to establish a powerful presence that inspires and connects.
Creating a welcoming digital home for Soul Stirring was our top priority. We built a sleek, user-friendly website on Squarespace that showcased the brand’s heart and soul. With a thoughtfully crafted logo we ensured the brand felt both modern and timeless. We also developed a comprehensive branding kit, including color schemes, typography, and usage guidelines. This kit became the foundation for every future marketing piece, allowing Soul Stirring to maintain a seamless, unified brand presence across all platforms, including Canva. As a result within the first 6 months
Soul Stirring and the Bootstrap team not only implemented intuitive site search functionality to improve navigation but also added new features as the brand’s needs evolved. This included integrating direct scheduling for 1:1 appointments and workshops through Acuity, as well as creating customized landing pages to collect vital consumer information. These additions played a key role in nurturing leads and moving potential customers more effectively through the sales funnel.
The heart of Soul Stirring International lies in its transformative courses, designed to guide participants on their personal growth journeys. BootstrapVT helped bring these courses to life on Teachable, creating a 10-week immersive program along with bite-sized “Soul Bite 101” courses for newcomers. Each module came complete with downloadable digital resources, enhancing engagement and making the journey more tangible for learners. Our team also crafted a sales page that spoke directly to Soul Stirring’s mission, making sure that every visitor felt the brand’s dedication to meaningful change. This resulted in high engagement rates averaging 3 mins and 14 secs in the teachable platform.
We created paid and organic social media posts using Canva to break down key concepts and terms from the spiritual sector, along with personal content from Soul Stirring’s CEO, such as his favorite books, to provide valuable content for viewers. Each piece was thoughtfully crafted to align with the brand’s message. We also transformed pre-recorded video content into engaging short-form clips for TikTok and YouTube, making sure to reuse content whenever we could. Using Sprout Social, we automated and scheduled posts, enabling Soul Stirring to maintain a consistent, engaging presence. Lastly, using Meta Ads Manager, we ran a three-part paid video campaign focused on Facebook audience building, which resulted in over 1,500 new followers, over 30,000 total video plays, and an average hook rate of 43%.
